&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Giving your PACs to a new provider will serve to cancel your EE account and port your numbers to that new provider.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Merely being given a PAC will have no effect on your EE account and it not used, it will lapse after 30days and your EE contract will continue as normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
