You’ll be sent a text to confirm the request so try and get a signal on the device. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could also try just wiping the sim with a damp cloth to make sure it’s clean. &amp;nbsp;Make sure it’s dry before you put it back in the device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My new sim keeps losing its connection from my phone. I keep getting the “No Sim Installed” error message. &amp;nbsp;When I restart the phone the issue is solved but after a while the same issue returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
