How did you order a new SIM? Did you ask or agree to a replacement SIM? That would come with the existing no.

Hello, wonder if anyone can help.

I have my older son's phone, and ordered a new sim for it for myself as it's a new account both with EE. I can't add this number as it says it's already registered (presumably son had..alas he doesn't remember his sign in details/email). So I have a sim that I can't register online, I don't even want his number. I thought a new sim, in a new person's name and different address would mean a new number?

Many thanks for any help.

Hi @noynoyavery

Welcome to the community.

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check it from our side and set the My EE account up with you.
