Hello, I'm trying to enter the PAC code from my previous provider to transfer my number to EE, but the system keeps telling me:

"Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like
ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC."

If the online number transfer form is showing an error message, please give us a call on 150 and the team will be happy to help you get this sorted.
