THE WEBSITE IS SO PATHETIC, THAT I CAN NOT EVEN PORT IN. IT TELLS ME THE TEMPORARY EE NUMBER MUST START WITH 07... WHEN IT DOES. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT? I'M MOVING TO VODAPHONE. AT LEAST THEY HAVE LIVE CHAT.

@helpmeplz EE have live chat and its also considered rude to use caps locks on a public forum as it’s considered as shouting.

@helpmeplz , does your temporary number not start with 07? All UK mobile numbers start with 07, have you made sure that you have put in number 0 and not letter O? Easy mistake to make. Live chat is available when staff are not dealing with calls.
