If coming separately, then it is sent by second class post, so should arrive within 3-5 days, if you do not receive it for any reason, then either ring customer service, or if near an EE store, get one from there, bit in all events, make sure it is a replacement SIM card, as you then get your number, but will get a new serial number, or IMEI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lost my phone and received a new one the very next day, however i have not yet received my new SIM? Does anyone know how long it usually takes to arrive?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ta!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
