      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t get my switching information, i get a text saying due to account status for my number they can’t process it, it’s the same issue when I log in, any help? I don’t really want to ring, as with two small children it’s hard to get time! Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have more than 1 number on your MyEE a/c you can't use text to 65075 to get your PAC but will need to call CS for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
