    <description>Hi thanks for the reply .No I don't have the original .&lt;BR /&gt;However as a last resort I removed the new sim nano from the phone and put the whole back together ,inserting that into the new 4G phone they had also sent .Really I expected to damage it ,it was such a tight fit but hey&lt;BR /&gt;presto it worked!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my iPad</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Previously Samsung phone suddenly stopped working.&amp;nbsp; Hardly any signal , no calls could be made&amp;nbsp; coming in or going out&amp;nbsp; Almost £17&amp;nbsp; PAYG&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;on it .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Screen message&amp;nbsp; on new phone says INSERT SIM ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;But I've done that ....&amp;nbsp; tried it both ways !!!!.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You do not need to the new SIM card if the other one works, could you please try your old SIM card in your new phone, should still work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
