&lt;P&gt;Do you know any friends or relatives nearby who use EE - do they have any problems?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved my old sim across to the new phone as we didn’t get new sims. But there’s still no network and when I tried to restart and put the sim back in the old phone and reset the new one, the sim doesn’t register in anything now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2920043"&gt;@Nat9782&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You’ll have to call customer services about this as your sim should still work. &amp;nbsp;Just to check are you 100% certain you didn’t receive a Sim in the package with the new phone is obviously not within the box that the phone came in they are loose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
