&lt;P&gt;Can you try restarting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this still doesn't work I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your preferences on your account.&lt;/P&gt;
