Look to get a pac code for one number on my account.

I am trying to get a pac code for one of my numbers on my account. I have two numbers currently and only want to cancel one. Texting pac doesn't work, and is telling me to log into my account, but I can't find where to request pac code when logged in.

As you have more than 1 no. on your a/c you can't get your PAC by text. However if you go into your online MyEE & from the Menu Switch A/c to the 1 you wish to port, then follow:

Menu > A/C Settings > Thinking of leaving EE > Switch from EE > Get Your Switching Info > Leave EE > ...
