&lt;P&gt;I believe EE may have network issues today. Probably customers calling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting your device? If you have an iPhone try resetting your network settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>New mobile and no connection - New contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to get my mobile up and running and transfer my old number over. Sounds easy doesn't it, well it is actually&amp;nbsp; - Give them a PAC code and they do the rest. However it's more than 72 hours since I asked EE to get my phone up ad running. Still no setup and now I can't get through to customer service. Sounds like they are in meltdown. Please tell me this is a glitch or is it a true reflection of my relationship going forward with EE customer service and technical support?!! Not sure if its worth the trouble to be honest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a positive response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has been bad today ...no problems usually ....finally got through on chat issues with service ... why can't they let us know by text or on app ( when you finally get to log on 8 attempts!)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
