EE pay-monthly contracts don't arbitrarily end unless you have explicilty given disconnection notice - they are rolling contracts with a minimum term, which is probably what you're referring to.

With that in mind, if your pay-monthly line has not been disonnected, you should still be able to obtain a PAC for it either by text, logging into your myEE or calling EE C/S.

If your line has been disconnected, then the number is no longer yours.

Hi,

I've got a problem... I was on EE. I bought a new phone which I needed for work. It was on another network so I bought a phone with a contract with them. When I got the phone I put my existing SIM in the new phone. I thought the contract with EE went on for a week longer than it did so it cut me off and the sim card doesn't have any reception, which means I can't send a text for the PAC code. I need to switch numbers but can't work out how to do it without the text?

Thanks

Jay
