    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded and transferred to a digital sim, however the phone was faulty and I have had a new one. I have also received a new sim, however it shows no service and is not receiving the SMS code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I have no phone I cannot call anyone - what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to receive the PIN to activate the SIM card, you would need to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with our customer care team&lt;/A&gt;. They will be able to get this registered for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
