    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently been switched from BT to EE. When I put the SIM into the phone I received off EE it says there is no SIM. I've tried all the troubleshoots on the EE help page but none worked and I am now at a loss.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone must be locked to BT &amp;amp; need unlocking by them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
