How do I go about changing from EE to O2 but keeping my number?

Hello @archie1960

You need to text PAC to 65075 to obtain your PAC - this stands for "Porting Authority Code".

Give your new supplier this PAC and this serves to transfer your number and cancel your EE account. If you are on pay-monthly and still under minimum term, then early termination charges will apply.
