Porting Number and Both Sim Cards active with the Same Number but neither work

Hi there,

I received a text today to say that my number had been ported over from Three to EE, however at the moment I am unable to recieve calls on my phone as both Sim Cards are working registering as the same number so the calls are going to voicemail on my old network.

Phone: Iphone 13 Pro Max

Original Sim: Three sim Physical Sim card in the phone

New Sim: Virtual EE sim in the phone

I have tried switching the phone off, disabling the old sim card, updating the numbers, but nothing seems to be working, when I called my parents it came up as the correct ported number, but they cant call me.

The number transfer can take up to midnight to fully complete for you.

Which phone are you using?

Can you go into Settings > Phone, does your number show?

If you can also check, Settings > Messages > Send and Receive > is the correct number showing?
