      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my work phone is with EE and the SIM card isn’t working. How do I get a replacement? EE customer services on the automated phone say that the number is not registered with them. How do I talk to a customer service representative?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The OP in this thread is not the account holder, that's their employer. So any billing issues need to be reported to the employer in the first instance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They may have specific arrangements for staff members to deal with EE direct for some issues, but it's the company's responsibility in the first instance.&lt;/P&gt;
