&lt;P&gt;If there was no verification someone could get your MyEE account details and request a new SIM with no more security checks. People are quite lax when it comes to passwords, so an extra check is a good idea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive used the option within the ee app to replace my esim. Everything works until I see a screen requesting the PIN to activate the esim.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll need to request a new physical SIM first then, or pop into an EE Store to get an eSIM pack if you have deleted your current eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Other verification options should be provided, for example you should be able to upload a video of yourself holding ID or something, a few banks do this. &amp;nbsp;The verification might take a while but at least you’re not screwed over like in this case!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Easiest way to the solution is go to store or ask someone to borrow their phone as this physical SIM rubbish&amp;nbsp; is impossible if your phone only excepts esim. You might be lucky to do it online but they read by script and it takes forever. Which they do in store or I borrowed my mates phone which they did in minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can get online via WiFi, if you go to EE online chat, they will activate it manually from there end and it will work fine in a few hours, no need to get another real one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Log a complaint as I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m stuck offshore on a boat my esim stopped working and can’t get a SIM card and can’t get the OTP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OTP sent to phone numbers are stupid as not everyone works 9-5 in an office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problems with 2 factor authentication as I can’t always receive an old fashioned TEXT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some companies have moved to sending through whatsapp using my Ee number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
