Unlocking a device not working

I’ve been trying to unlock an old phone but it keeps coming up with an error. It keeps saying login error. Sorry we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.
But when I click the done button underneath the error it takes me to my account and I am logged in so not sure why it’s not working.
Can anyone help?

It's possible the device you're trying to unlock isn't locked. You can find more information on our Unlock EE Device to Use with Another Network help page.

If it's definitely locked, please try using a different device or browser to process the unlocking request. If you get the same issue, I recommend speaking with our customer support team, who'll be able to check and process it for you.
