    <description>&lt;P&gt;They send you a bill with notice which will tell you what the extra charge is for, if not correct you can get a refund from bank via the DD guarantee as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE has been a great network especially with a good staff called ‘Safa’ at Feltham store.unfortunately, I was disappointed with the services I got regarding my direct debit. EE added to my direct debit charge without my notice. This is heartbreaking and unprofessional.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE should do better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i&lt;/P&gt;</description>
