&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you have an issue with your watch. Since it's been over 30 days since you bought it, I'd definitely recommend &lt;A href="https://support.garmin.com/en-GB/" target="_blank"&gt;contacting Garmin directly&lt;/A&gt;. They'll be able to run through some troubleshooting with you and discuss your repair/replacement options, if needed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought my garmin through EE last September and pay monthly. &amp;nbsp;How can I sort the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s faulty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;won’t connect to my phone and won’t even count steps or heart rate on my wrist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do I contact EE or garmin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
