does anybody know how to unlock phone the NOKIA 6500s slide up phone originally with an orange contract thanks

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

@Dray194 You might need to try eBay as the device is so old EE might not be able to get the unlock code. Nokia no longer makes phones (original Nokia company). So might not be able to get the unlock code. HMD had license to use the Nokia name.

Hi Chris thanks for the reply, do mean sell as it is on ebay? I have seen vids on YouTube with codes been used tried these and like some people in the comments the codes do not work? I was thinking of calling EE tec help maybe they could help but thought I would try the community first. But thanks again for your info👍 all the best ray

@Dray194 There are sellers on eBay who sell unlock codes for many different types of phones it’s worth a look, but as it’s a really old device you might be out of luck.
