I upgraded my phone in November 25.When I started to use, it was getting warm. I went to a EE store to help with the transfer of data. When they had finished, the phone was warm. The manager said that was not right. I phoned EE and they said that they would replace it. The replacement took about 3 weeks, but it was not a new phone. I have been trying to get this resolved but they don’t seem to care. EE have definitely gone down in my opinion. What do I do now. Would phone regularly body help

There's nothing inherently wrong with a smartphone getting warm in use, especially if there's intensive activity going on and/or when a device is new and there may be a lot of background activity.

Depending on the process used for the replacement, it may well have been a refurbished phone.
