I went to a EE store to help with the transfer of data. When they had finished, the phone was warm. The manager said that was not right. I phoned EE and they said that they would replace it. The replacement took about 3 weeks, but it was not a new phone. I have been trying to get this resolved but they don’t seem to care. EE have definitely gone down in my opinion. What do I do now.
