EE Repair LOST

I took my phone for a repair on the 1st of December. It was received by the Bullring EE and dispatched back to the original store I took it to on 3rd of December. It still has not arrived at the store for me to collect - which is cncerning considering they receive repair deliveries EVERY DAY. Customer services can't help me because I'm not an EE customer (it was a warranty repair). EE Cannock can't help because they can't see any details. EE Bullring aren't answering the phone (ever it seems!?) - I've been calling for over an hour.

I can't easily go in store because I live quite far and have commitments, hence why I took it to the Cannock store in the first place.

How can absolutely NO ONE access where this phone is? What kind of 1865 system are EE using?

@mrose4 Calling a store and having someone pick up that call can only happen if a store worker is free at the time. If they are dealing with customers they can’t just walk away from that person to answer the phone to help you. You need to keep trying.

Unfortunately for yourself, realistically the store does need to be your point of contact here.

If you deposited the phone with Cannock, I think you have valid cause for complaint with them for not being prepared to follow this up "internally" - I'd make the point to them that "if you can't see any details, what hope do I have?" and see what response you get.
