&lt;P&gt;I'm really not sure why you'd be getting told it was not blacklisted by your insurance company when our team have blocked it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is worth giving our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;team another call&lt;/A&gt; so they can make sure the correct IMEI has been blocked, and if it has, they can send you a proof of blacklisting document that you can give to your insurer.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My phone got stolen I have called EE 5 times to blacklist The phone my insurance company said the phone isn’t black listed and I have also checked online and the phone is not black listed but EE said the phone is black listed I need help I don’t know what else to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
