      <description>&lt;P&gt;System is down so unable to utilise the services that allow us to switch on devices as EE state is a benefit its service. So paying for a service we can not utilise - not happy at all and wont accept just apologies any more. If you can not provide a service then EE review things and offer what you can actually provide consistently. When package is up there will be no renewal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4884524"&gt;@Ramselle25&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You don’t seem aware that there has been an ongoing issue,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;EE don’t take accounts offline for maintenance before 11pm. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; There’s been a big problem that resulted in accounts being taken offline, &amp;nbsp;this will affect the app as the app is a link to your account. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
