Unlock Phone problem

I want to unlock my phone so I can use it with another provider. I went through the online process to retrieve the MCK Code.

But that page that just goes in a loop. After giving me the MCK code there is an option to ""unlock phone". But pushing that button takes me back to the start.

The given code did not work when the new sim card is inserted.

And now I am getting the message that the Network code is blocked because there were too many incorrect attempts.

What do I do now to unlock my device?

@Brezi : Enter the last 8 digits of the 16-digit unlock code. Then enter the 1st 8 digits. Then the complete lock code should work.

Once the website gives you the unlock code & invites you to "unlock phone" its work has finished. The actual unlocking is then carried out on the device itself.
