      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was mis sold TV package on proviso Discovery plus included sports Not only have they blocked my complaint They have refused access to the selling conversation plus they have blocked my attempts to add sport Need to cancel everything but no one will talk&lt;/P&gt;</description>
