how to get the MCK code

Hi, is there a web chat to help me get the MCK code, I've tried to unlock my phone but the Network unlock code i was given when entering the IMEI...the unlock code didn't work...now it's saying too many incorrect attempts and is asking to Enter MCK. Any help would be grate.

@Bonny_lad : If you need the MCK code, please try the below steps using the device keypad.

Enter the last 8 numbers of the 16 digit unlock code, then enter the first 8 numbers of the unlock code.
Please restart the phone and this should be unlocked for you.

so it would be 8371968 and the the 1st 8 afterwards? (Tried that and it didn't work)

Cheers, when you've pasted the number in above, you seem to be down a character; this should be 83719686.

That's the one you need for the MCK code, then the next code you need is the first 8 digits of the number you shared above.

I've tried doing that (unlocking for the MCK) but what you suggested hasn't worked.

I've typed in 8371968639616837 & then tapped 'Unlock' but it says 'Incorrect network unlock code entered'
