      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have booked my phone in for repairs last week. I was told DPD was going to pick it up. How long does it usually take for them to pick up a package? I have had any contact from either EE or DPD.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I booked it in through the online EE repair page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says that a collection has been requested. Nothing else. I have just uploading pictures. Not sure if that will help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Normally we would request pictures of the device just so we have evidence of its position pre-collection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems odd that you've not had any updates on collection via DPD, though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My best recommendation here would be to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;give our customer care team a call&lt;/A&gt;, and they'll be able to check the repair portal from our end and ensure you get an update from there.&lt;/P&gt;
