Got a phone locked on t-mobile uk, how do I unlock it?

Got a nokia locked on t-mobile uk, when i put a sim from another network, it says restricted and tells me to input a code.

when I write my imei number on the ee unlock website it keeps saying 'application error'

When i try an imei of another phone, it goes through just fine, what is going on? please help!!

Hi @riquier

It is likely too old to be unlocked by EE if it is T-Mobile.

I suggest looking on Google for solutions.

But I had another phone locked on t-mobile and it unlocked on the website just fine, without any trouble!

It could be that the device you're trying to unlock is too old, so we don't hold the codes for them any more,

You can give Customer Service a call who'll raise a request to the unlocking team to check if there is a way to unlock the T-mobile device.
