Where is my tnt sport bundle???

I recently got a freestyle 2nd gen projector that said it come with 24 months tnt sports .I've received the projector and it's great but no sports bundle and when I text sport to 150 it's telling me I need to pay £20 a month fir it.help lol

I got a projector antop of my mobile it's great but was supposed to come with 24 months tnt sports I've received no link how do I get the sports on

If you log into your EE app and select add-ons, do you have TNT Sport showing as active?

Have you had a text to activate TNT Sport since you ordered the device?

I’ve had my “ Free “24 month TNT sports bundle for nearly 4 months now,I paid hundreds for a television off the EE Store,because of not just the television,but also the fact of the free sports bundle.

Despite numerous phone calls/emails/chats I still haven’t a “SINGLE MINUTE” of use.

I’m very angry and exasperated,I’m now starting to think it’s a deliberate ploy .

Sorry It has not been added annd isn’t showing as active and I won’t add it myself as I’m not willing to pay for something I was supposed to get as free add on.

every time I try to add it it through a link,I get “ Sorry ,we’re having technical difficulties “…. every time without fail.

it isn’t acceptable,I’m sorry.
