Hi I m looking for advice I applied last night for a contact phone honour 400 pro the 30pound has been taking out my account but I got a message saying my order was cancelled any advice please

You should see that the amount is pending on your account and will be refunded within a few days, it will not be taken out of your account.

Please don't share this in public, but do you have an order reference number starting XK?

Also when you were advised that the order was cancelled, were you given a number to call to query this with our team?

As @Schockwave mentioned anything taken from your account should be released back within 5 working days, but I'm keen to make sure you're able to get the order checked out too.
