Recently joined EE and have an issue in sharing my diary. When I diarise an event in my diary and then share with my partners diary I receive an automated message that says : You have more than one number on this account, we need the account holder to login to EE App online or call 150 to manage any Spend Caps. However I have unlimited text messages and calls in my bundle. Anyone else had this and how did you resolve the issue?

If you try sharing an Android contact via SMS, the OS uses VCF file format which is not supported by SMS and is converted to MMS - with an on-screen notification.

I would guess the same thing is happening for you - "share via SMS" > phone converts to MMS > on-screen notification dismissed > MMS tries sending and is chargeable > spend cap triggered
