I have a Samsung 7 watch. I pay the 7 pound to connect it when I receive phone calls. I don't get them on my phone anymore. I get everything on my watch. I have to physically turn the watch off. To get a phone calls on my phone. Is there a way that I can choose which I get The phone call on or can I not get phone calls on both items and choose which I want? Please help

To make it simple, I want to choose whether to answer the phone call on my watch or my phone, not just the watch all the time

You should be able to choose whether to answer calls on your watch or phone, so I'm not sure why this is happening. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to help you get this sorted.
