How can I get my puk code for my sim card as I have put the wrong password in 3 times by mistake

You can get your PUK code through your online account, just follow the steps on our Unblock your phone with a PUK code page.

Or you can call Customer Service from another phone line who can provide it to you.

@Chaddpearson95 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
