My daughter has changed her password code and can’t remember it is there anyway to get into the phone without doing a reset as she doesn’t want to loose all her photos

What phone does your daughter have - is it Apple or Android?

What password is it that she's forgotten? Is it the PIN to access the phone after it's locked (this can't be bypassed without a reset), or a specific app password?

If there was an easy way to bypass a password or PIN, it would defeat the point!

Hi @Myanna6

You normally have two different password options.

If not then unfortunately she will need to factory reset. If she has backed up before then and non backup data will be lost.
