Faulty Chromebook just switched off and no longer charging after 2 months?

@ I Upgraded to the galaxy ultra 25 in order to take advantage of the free Chromebook offer. It was only used for 2 months when it stopped charging. After a little research online I’ve discovered this is a common problem with the battery. No lights now appear when it’s plugged in and my daughter now cannot access all her school work. Has anyone else had problems with the Chromebook and how helpful were EE in regards to problems covered by the manufacturers warranty because this appears to be a device component failure.

can I get some advice as I am trying to make contact with customer service but it seems to be a difficult process .
