This happens with many other companies, some have to wait even longer when wanting to speak to GP surgeries for instance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there any way other than phone I can cancel a plan? I’ve tried phoning 7 times over the last few days &amp;amp; can’t get through, I don’t have time to be sitting on hold for 30 minutes +&lt;/P&gt;</description>
