IMO Dash plus - Hotspot / tethering?

Hi all, I'm interested in getting an IMO dash plus for some smartphone detoxing but I'd like to know whether it is able to hotspot / data tether for when I'm carrying my laptop or tablet with me.

Can anyone confirm? I've checked all the technical specs and the IMO and EE website but neither seem to confirm or deny if it can hotspot. The chipset it uses suggests it can but it depends whether it's an available option in the KaiOS settings.

It has USB tethering like old school handsets.

Remember it's only 4G and won't be the quickest when used to tether.
