Unlock Nokia 1600 on Orange. Too many attempts

Hi. I've got the nokia 1600 phone from 2005 here and I have typed in the wrong unlock code too many times. Since the phone is on the orange carrier I came here as orange was merged into EE. Please could someone help getting the unlock code and resetting the unlock counter somehow. Thanks 👍

Hi @dexterlord

If you log into your EE account you can obtain your puk code to unlock the sim.

If you want to unlock the device to use another network sim then it will be unlikely EE can unlock such an old device and you'll need to look online.
