Cancel my watch contract

I been on phone 2 u about my bill he informed me about 5 pounds a month for watch I asked 2 stop it because it stop working he told me it on constant till next May I wasn't told about any constant bed news from ee not telling me about it

You can only have a watch contract on a smart watch. You must have set this up.

If you want to end the contract you will need to pay a cancellation fee.

I on phone 2 u on Saturday ask about my bill he told me that my watch 5 pounds a month contract I told him I did not know anything about £5 a month contract so I asking him 2 stop it because I did not know about any contract so I asked again can u just stop it this is bad news not know anything about contract thanks Stephen

We don't have access to your account here on the community so you aren't able to cancel here.

If you give our customer service guides a call, they can put the request through to cancel, which would require 30 days notice.
