Phone isn't working

Hi,

The touchscreen on my phone isn't working so I can't call ee to report. My local store said I have to call they can't do anything. My husband is also on ee so if I call from his phone they log it as an issue with his phone/number.

I have insurance and the phone is less than a year old, just need a way to get it fixed.

If you wish to make a claim on the insurance for your phone. Go here for information on How to make an Insurance Claim

You could always ask the Manufacturer for repairing it but will cost you.
