Hi, I am trying to report my stolen Sim/phone. Your 24/7 phone line does not exist. It says office hours only/ then cuts you off!

Hi @Jenny150 There is an option for lost and stolen and it is open 24 hours.

Hi, my wife's phone has just been stolen.

I have tried to report this via 150 and +447953966250 but I am always informed the office is now closed.

I have also tried the help chat and WhatsApp options but still cannot reach anyone.

How are we supposed to report it stolen in order to have it blocked?
