      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just over a month ago i added a pair of Sony Wf1000XM5 earbuds to my phone account. recently the connectivity and constant dropping out of audio has started to bug me a lot, and checking online i see many posts about the same problem with these earbuds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE has said that normal products have a 14 day return window and faulty ones get 30 days, which i am just outside of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me to contact sony, who i suspect will simply exchange the buds for another set of the same model via the warranty and the problem will persist, as it seems inherent to this model.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am i stuck paying ~£25 extra on my bill a month for something i am not satisfied with?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
