Hi,y ohone was stolen and I need to cancel my esim and move my phone number back to my old phone and sim which I still have. I don’t have access to a working phone currently so cannot call and cannot locate a chatbot or email address please repl asap as this is urgent!!!!

@emmahopedunning : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.

if all else fails, use your old phone to connect to a WiFi-network, and call EE via Skype.
