I have tried using the website but it keeps sending me back to the first page even though I have my IMIE code and unlocking code many thanks

I have tried unsuccessfully to unlock my phone even though I obtained the IMEI code number and the unlocking code number, was also sent an email from EE stating they had confirmed the transaction but when I tried using the website unlocking app it keeps sending me back to the first page, can someone please help me,

To complete the unlock, please insert a SIM card from another network into your phone and enter the unlock code when prompted.

I have finally resolved the problem by going onto the EE community pages and listing to other peoples questions and answers
