Do EE offer a repair service for the new buds pro2, ive had mine for less than 6 months and there a tecnical issue is definatly heard as not only is the bass low on the right hand side but also a crackly sound is also hear in the right earbud, so i also asume thet their covered as ive only had them for less than a year... so should i take them to a EE shop for a replacement? they came free with my samsung S23, my daughter suggested i just send them straight to samsung them sevles but ive heard storys of them charging you for other unnessary stuff.

Any help will be gratfully recevied.

Hi @Nightman

You would need to claim from Samsung under the warranty. Have you tried resetting them.

Thanks
