Unlocking a device

Hi, I currently do not have a phone until friday, i have been using a nokia RM-840 that was originally purchased from Orange, i have tried an EE sim and it works perfectly but i am not with ee i left 3 years ago due to coverage issues, so i inserted my Three sim and it doesnt work then tried my work sim (vodafone) and no hope, i got the phones IMEI and went to the EE unlock site to get an unlock code and usually the site works well as i have used it previously when i needed to unlock my iPhone, but this time it said theres been an issue we couldnt unlock your device. i am not sure why could anyone help me with this.

@mahirkhan659 You’ll have to call customer services about this, I wouldn’t be surprised if the unlock code for it is available any more due to the age of the device.
